Carpet Cleaning

My primary method of carpet cleaning is the VLM (Very Low Moisture) carpet cleaning. Carpets are dry to touch in 2-3 hours.

We now offer the latest State of-the-art steam cleaning. Rotovac 360 professional steam cleaning.

Most carpet cleaners use a manual cleaning wand which only cleans from two directions (back & forth). A person with a wand can only make around 60 two directional cleaning passes per minute. As the person tires this number decreases, producing only moderate cleaning results and leaving many stains & water in the carpet.
The Rotovac cleans the carpet from all directions with 800 injection/extraction cleaning passes per minute. The Rotovac intensive, aggressive cleaning action restores soiled carpets and matted traffic areas with ease, Carpet dry faster usally between 3-4 hours to the touch. All of my cleaning products are baby and pet save. So as you can see I can offer you what ever carpet method you prefer.

With the expertise, equipment, and cleaning agents I use, the carpets will look great, and reappearing spots are a thing of the past! Most furniture can be moved and will be replaced using foam blocks to protect carpet from rust and wood stains. Upholstery Cleaning

3M Scotchgard Protector

Carpet Manufactures recommend re-applying protector after every other cleaning. After applying 3M Scotchgard Protector to the carpet, more dry soil will be removed with vacuuming, spots will be removed easier, and your carpet will last longer and look better.

Pet Odor

There is hope. We can inspect for contaminated areas and advise procedures to control these unwanted odors and remove spots. We don't just cover up your pet odor, we will remove them.

What We Do To Reduce Pet Odors
We have three ways of treating odor. Minor, Moderate, Major Treatments.
Minor Odor Treatment- We use enzymes, which are formulated for chemically sensitive people and safe for your family. The enzyme is sprayed on each urine spot before cleaning to eat up the urine bacteria. This procedure will help reduce odor but is not intended for removing severe odor. Minor odor can only be smelled if you are on your hands and knees or on a humid day.
Moderate Odor Treatment- We use water claw sub surface extraction. With this process, we saturate the spot with a special oxidizing ensyme so the cleaning agent reaches into the padding. We then use the "water claw" extractor to pull the urine out of the carpet and pad. This process will reduce the odor significantly, but may or may not completely cure severe problems. Moderate odor treatment is not guaranteed.
Major Odor Treatment-This is a full blown odor treatment designed to complletely eliminate the odor if the pet is no longer living in the home. The carpet is pulled up and padding discarded. The carpet is thoroughly cleaned on both sides with enzymes and oxidizing agents that neutralize the urine. The sub-floor and baseboards are treated with a special odor barrier. New padding is installed along with tack strip, the carpet is then installed on tack strip. The cost can range from $200 and up depending on the situation. Note in most cases we use the minor and moderate treatment procedures.

Oriental & Area Rug Cleaning

All rugs are cleaned in our shop, The reason is, they need the proper drying procedures which we cannot perform at your location. We will pick up and deliver all rugs at a time that is convenient for you.
